The Ad Sales Research Specialist is responsible for developing proficiency in, and leveraging a variety of data and research resources to provide data-driven intelligence in support of advertising sales and marketing initiatives. The research team is involved in all phases of the sales process from pre-sales marketing to pitch preparation, execution and reporting. This is an opportunity for a motivated, curious, analytical professional to dig into data, surface insights, and craft compelling messages that drive the LG Ads Solutions business forward.

Location: Remote


  • Build topical insights reports to be shared with the marketplace by working with our team of data analysts to integrate 1st and 3rd party data
  • Consult with sales and advertiser clients to provide relevant data and insights to demonstrate LG Ads Solutions’ efficacy at meeting challenges set forth for campaigns
  • Assess LG Ads Solutions relative to other media opportunities and develop actionable insights to help improve LG Ads Solutions’ positioning
  • Work with research and data vendors to identify and implement solutions to demonstrate the effectiveness of LG Ads Solutions as an advertising platform that drives measurable results for our clients
  • Track and monitor ad effectiveness projects across study life stage – from survey to recruitment, and analysis and creation of post-campaign deliverables
  • Ensure that research deliverables are consistent, accurate and timely

Desired Skills & Experience

  • BA/BS, preferable in Marketing, Business, Psychology, Media, Math, Statistics, Marketing Analytics or related field
  • 2-4 years relevant business experience at a media company, ad agency, advertising technology or data firm or equivalent
  • Proficiency with spreadsheet and presentation software such as MS Office or Google Suite
  • Detail oriented, organized, and results-oriented
