We are growing rapidly and looking for Manager (Analytics) to join our team. Managers at LG Ads along with leading and mentoring teams work on a range of domains spanning Digital Campaign Management, Product Strategy and Business Intelligence, Media Planning, and Sales & Marketing Analytics for a growing portfolio of customers, which have a significant impact on our business and the success of our customers.

Location: Bangalore, India


  • Lead a team of 5 -10 Analysts. Help them grow in their role at LG Ads
  • Define the vision and plan for your team and be responsible for delivering on this plan
  • Mentor team members to assist in the identification of best techniques, structured communication, quality of data, and presentation of data/insights
  • Work with the product management team in ideation and development of new tools to enhance the existing products and increase capabilities of the team.
  • Manage expectations with multiple stakeholders and ensure delivery of the highest quality to all within the agreed timeline.
  • Research on TV viewership behaviour, Industry-wide Ad spend on TV for online publication/news, Digital campaign performance, e.g. Effect of the absence of live sports (due to Covid-19) on TV viewership trends
  • Work with Sales and Account Managers to understand customers’ KPIs and goals and optimise digital campaigns
  • Create case studies by analysing past TV viewership and campaign exposure data


  • Strong analytical background and critical thinking
  • Engineering and Technical degree mandatory
  • Experience in leading a team
  • Bachelor degree (Tier 1 college): 3-4 years of experience and atleast 1 year in leading a team OR;
  • MBA (Tier 1 college): atleast 2 years of experience pre/post MBA
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume, and deadline-driven environment
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate and communicate across teams
  • Marketing / Advertising related experience is preferred but not necessary
  • Familiarity with the TV or Digital advertising ecosystem is helpful, but not mandatory
