The Programmatic Client Success team is the core of our client’s experience!  We provide consultative solutions that maximize value and results for their business, and growth for our company.  Through strategic planning we scale existing accounts and ensure seamless and continuous support/guidance that deliver as expected. 

The Associate Programmatic Account Manager is an entry-level position that provides internal support for the Account Manager across a variety of job responsibilities. This person will oversee aspects of internal reporting, setting up campaigns, and billing. The task oriented position requires someone that is able to stick to daily deadlines, is highly organized & has a strong eye for detail. This position is great for anyone looking to gain exposure to the fast-paced world of digital ad tech.   

Location: LA, SF, Chicago, NY, or Remote


  • Achieve basic understanding of client’s needs and goals.
  • Lead the planning, creation, and on-going management of Programmatic campaigns
  • Carry out health checks to ensure campaigns are set up and running as per best practice
  • Proactively perform regular optimization, monitor market changes and identify development opportunities
  • Create and lead the execution of development and testing plans including working with the media teams
  • Prepare presentations and lead on performance calls and face to face meetings
  • Work with the sales team to devise campaign strategy and translate this into campaign delivery
  • Achieve basic understanding of client’s needs and goals.
  • Identify recurring issues across clients/partners and escalate performance trends to the Account Manager.
  • Ability to communicate with an internal or external audience effectively through synthesizing information tailored to each party.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement, and providing recommendations


  • Some experience in Account Management; creating relationships, troubleshooting, strategic planning, and insightful story telling
  • Existing knowledge of digital media, performance advertising, advanced insights, and measurement. CTV and Programmatic experience is a plus
  • Idea-driven; creates and improves strategies and processes
  • Ability to see the “big picture”, identify key issues, and provide proactive tactical and strategic recommendations
  • Detail-oriented and diligent work ethic with excellent organizational, project/time management, and problem-solving skills
  • Communicates efficiently, skillfully and tactfully – written, verbal, and presentations
  • Analytical thinker, digests data to make conclusions, recommendations, and troubleshoot
  • Strong cross-functional team player
  • Ability to excel in a highly dynamic, fast-paced environment that requires fast learning and flexible thinking
