The LG Ads Solutions Sales Research Team is looking for an Attribution Research Lead to oversee the execution and delivery of our suite of outcomes-based reporting products that demonstrate LG Ads Solutions’ ability, as an advertising platform, to drive business outcomes for our clients. The successful candidate will work directly with the sales team, the business data analytics team, and our data partners and vendors to ensure that measurement is considered at the outset of a campaign and that reporting ties back to client and campaign objectives and demonstrates the value of the LG TV audience. The ideal candidate will  be detail-oriented, have experience developing and reporting on outcome-based metrics, have a passion for media and marketing, and an interest in CTV and streaming. This person must have strong knowledge of media math and data analytics, be highly proficient in Excel, and be willing to roll up their sleeves to execute research and analyses and develop actionable insights that effectively tell a story to our clients and the market. As a member of a small team, the successful candidate will need to be willing to wear many hats and take on many tasks.

  • Implement and manage attribution & ROI projects executed by the business data analyst team – from feasibility and set-up to oversight and review of research deliverables and insights
  • Assess LG Ads Solutions relative to other media opportunities and develop actionable insights to help improve LG Ads Solutions’ positioning
  • Consult with LG Ads Solutions’ account management and operations teams and advertiser clients to provide them the context to help optimize client media plans and buys
  • Position LG Ads Solutions as a leader in innovative research by assisting in mining all sources and crafting LG Ads Solutions thought leadership to be shared in the press and the marketplace
  • Develop and oversee custom analyses to develop relevant and compelling sales marketing collateral 


  • 5-10 years of media experience at a analog or digital media company, media agency, research vendor, or data provider
  • Knowledge of the media landscape and preferably the TV, CTV, and/or digital media landscape
  • Experience with outcomes-based/attribution research methodologies
  • Proven ability to analyze and interpret qualitative and quantitative research with client needs in mind, write clearly, and translate data into insights
  • Experience working with data science and data analyst teams is desired
  • Experience optimally communicating at all levels both verbally and in writing
  • Ability to establish and manage relationships with team
  • Proven team player with the ability to take on different assignments/projects in a timely manner
  • Highly proficient in Google and Microsoft suite of tools
  • Strong mathematical skills and an interest in finding stories in the data through in-depth analyses
  • Ability to work independently and problem solve as well as effectively collaborate with various teams
  • Bachelor of Arts/Sciences in Social Sciences, Communications, Mathematics or another related field
