We are growing rapidly and looking for a Director of Ad Operations to join our team. The Director of Ad Operations will oversee the day-to-day operations, managing ad operation teams, and implementing strategy.  This role will work closely across different functions and levels of the company, developing collaborative relationships across Sales, Product, Finance, and Technology teams.

Location: Mountain View, CA

In this role you will:

  • ​​Be the SME on all things Ad Operations – know the inner workings of all teams, processes, and SLAs
  • Liaison with international teams on day-to-day operations
  • Create and improve internal business processes
  • Analyze data and trends to optimize various internal processes
  • Jump in and assist teams as needed to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
  • Resolve issues that arise including reporting discrepancies, fulfillment issues, creative policing, customer complaints, and conflicts.
  • Help grow offshore teams and implement training programs – site visits to offshore locations
  • Identify inefficiencies across various teams and processes and work with leadership team to provide recommendations and solutions
  • Create QA process and implement across all teams
  • Lead the process to understand client and market needs and implement programs to achieve those goals

Requirements:

  • You have 6+ years in ad operations, client services, and team management
  • 4+ years in digital marketing agency or publisher and ad tech platforms
  • Fluent in Korean
  • Idea-driven; creates and improves strategies and processes
  • Ability to see the “big picture”, identify key issues, and provide proactive tactical and strategic recommendations
  • Detail-oriented and diligent work ethic with excellent organizational, project/time management, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume, and deadline-driven environment
  • You are an excellent communicator, including written, oral, and presentation skills. Able to communicate and present information in a clear way to a diverse audience.
