LG Ads Solutions is on a mission to make TV an even better advertising medium for brands, agencies, networks, and most importantly, consumers.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to join the LG Ads Solutions rocket ship by building new CTV publisher partnerships. The ability to generate strong new customer relationships, collaborate internally and communicate partner needs effectively will be critical to success in this role.

What you’ll do:

  • Establish new monetization partnerships with premium CTV publishers in both the US and key international markets
  • Manage and grow strategic partnerships by cultivating senior customer relationships and influencing partnerships at the senior leadership level
  • Lead contract negotiations with new CTV publisher partnerships
  • Provide oversight of publisher inventory to ensure successful operations & top line growth
  • Communicate status and updates for new and existing customer relationships to senior management
  • Understand and communicate LG Ads Solutions’ value proposition and technology
  • Work with the leadership team to define, achieve and exceed revenue and business goals
  • Continuously prospect for new business using your existing network of relationships and creating new relationships
  • Participate in industry events and assisting in developing our market presence

Who you are:

  • 5+ years of business development experience in OTT/digital publisher monetization
  • A strong set of existing relationships with ad ops decision-makers at top CTV publishers
  • Experience collaborating across operations, sales and legal teams
  • Self-starter able to seek new partnerships or initiatives
  • Ability to adapt to rapidly changing market dynamics
  • Strong quantitative skills and negotiation abilities
  • Proven account management and communication skills
  • Experience and contacts with international publishers is a plus
  • Strong knowledge & familiarity with Internet advertising models and technology
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Good understanding of programmatic advertising ecosystem
  • Work closely with the ad operations team to onboard new publishers and team resolve inventory quality issues and manage optimization.
  • Ability to work with geographically distributed team
  • A self-starter with an ability to learn, take charge, and deliver results with minimal supervision
