Responsibilities:

  • Handle routine operational activities of the office and resolve issues
  • Manage office supplies and maintain inventory
  • Schedule appointments and meetings
  • Coordinate and plan company social events, team outings etc.
  • Travel and Hotel bookings for the employees
  • Maintenance of Company’s Service Apartment – general upkeep, cleanliness and ensure adequate supplies
  • Monitor office expenditure and handle all office contracts (rent, services etc)
  • Work with the Accounts team to process invoices and make payments
  • Assist in onboarding of new employees
  • Liaising with vendors for merchandise/branded items
  • There could be some more tasks which may be added based on the company’s needs

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree with proven experience working in a professional office environment
  • Well organised with ability to prioritise and multi-task
  • Able to create an easy-to-follow system for others.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, positive attitude, great team player
