LG Ads is currently looking for a highly motivated and data-driven Operations Analyst to manage media digital campaign needs from launch to completion, as well as becoming “experts” in various verticals. Operations Analysts are key members of the TV Retargeting team and are responsible for ensuring seamless campaign execution for our advertising clients and customers.


  • Trafficking digital campaign, optimize performance through data analysis and reporting and reporting back actionable takeaways per designated KPIs
  • Refining reporting processes and workflows to ensure timely roll-out of end campaign reports
  • Creating strategic media plans with Business and Data Analysts, keeping the advertising client’s campaign goal in mind
  • Building set of quality inventory per targeting strategy for future quality delivery of campaigns
  • Billing reports reconciliation with Campaign partners


  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 2+ years’ experience working in online or digital advertising (Display or Search advertising preferred)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; knowledge of SQL and data visualization tools like Tableau preferred
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication (written and verbal) skills
  • Ability to deal with ambiguity and work cross-functionally across geographies with a wide range of employees with different skill sets
  • Experience working in any of following: media planning, managing and/or optimizing media campaign
  • Optional: Experience handling/monitoring digital campaigns, familiarity with Ad servers, third party report handling from DFA
