Danielle Hester
Director of Marketing at B Code (an entity of My Code)

If Muhumad Ali was the “people’s champ” then Danielle Hester is the “Black creator’s champ!” Her affinity for helping Black creators began with the controversy over brands and social platforms paying Black creators less than their counterparts. “I knew (Black) content creators were the foundations of many campaigns, and I wanted to do my part to ensure they got their just due, ” said Danielle. In addition, Danielle has leveraged her years of experience in multicultural marketing as a keen storyteller for brands looking to position themselves authentically in the Black space.

One of the niche elements she examines in her role as Director of Marketing at MY Code is analyzing brands and the strategies they implement to reach black audiences. Danielle’s championing doesn’t stop there as she’s combined her marketing expertise and work as a fitness instructor to advocate for holistic wellness in the Black consumer space through our wellness platform, B.E. Well.
