Tiffany Pegues currently holds the role of Group Leader – Specialty Hair Care SBU at Church & Dwight. In this role she is responsible for using consumer intelligence, social media and macro beauty trends to inform strategic plans and build consumer engagement and advocacy. At her core, she is passionate about working to build already great brands with a foundation in new & different marketing strategies.

Before joining Church & Dwight, Tiffany held the role of Global Director of EcoTools. Where she played a key role in women’s empowerment campaigns like #MyTrueBeauty which culminated in $1MM+ donated to non-profits like The Girl Project.

Previously at General Mills, she held multiple positions ranging from growing established and emergent businesses (Pillsbury Biscuits, LARABAR) to new product development (Hamburger Helper, Suddenly Salad, Yoplait).

Tiffany holds a master’s degree in business administration from Northwestern University Kellogg School of Management, and a bachelor’s degree in management science & engineering from Stanford University.

Senior Director, Global Integrated Media at Nike

Amy is an experienced marketer with deep expertise in leveraging digital media to transform brand connections with consumers. She believes in the art and science of media and leverages data to unlock creativity and innovation. She’s worked both client and agency-side for iconic brands including Nike, Audi, MINI, Ralph Lauren and Victoria’s Secret. She and her husband have two children and live in Portland, OR.

As the Chief Investment Officer, she is responsible for the Investment and Digital Activation practices, ensuring that in an ever-changing media landscape our client teams analyze, negotiate, activate, measure and optimize our clients’ investments holistically. She has created cross-training and platform skill development opportunities that cross-and upskills our employees, and ensures our client teams stay at the forefront of platform expertise. Prior to joining PHD, she spent 16+ years at Zenith as an Investment and Client Business Lead.

Katherine Yager
VP, General Market Sales at LG Ad Solutions

Katherine’s career spans 15 years in digital media ad sales with experience in management and selling across ad tech, online publishers/branded content, and digital audio. Katherine started her career at TACODA, a company that pioneered behavioral ad targeting and was later acquired by AOL. After the acquisition, Katherine joined Collective and worked there for 8+ years.

Moving up within the company, she ultimately led the West Coast ad sales team and was responsible for bringing ad innovation to market, including data to bridge the gap between linear TV and digital. She then went on to serve as VP of West Coast Sales at About.com, which re-branded as Dotdash. During her tenure at Dotdash, she built the West Coast sales team from the ground up and re-introduced About.com as Dotdash to the marketplace. Before joining LG Ad Solutions, Katherine was VP of Sales at Stitcher, which was acquired by SXM media.

Katherine holds a B.A from the University of California, Los Angeles.

Fun Facts: Katherine is fluent in Italian and Spanish, has a love for all things travel, enjoys watching college football (go Bruins!), horseback riding, fashion, and cooking. Most recently, she has taken up golf as a hobby and is proud to say that she can make contact. Currently, she resides in the Dallas-Fort Worth area, recently relocating from California.

Monica Longoria

Monica Longoria serves as the Head of Product Marketing and executive champion for DE&I at LG Ad Solutions. She started her career via the Emma Bowen Foundation, a nonprofit focused on building a more diverse media industry. Monica has over a decade of experience working in sales enablement for major broadcast and cable media conglomerates. With a background in design and research, her expertise is data storytelling for both brands and consumers. Monica’s goal for these webinars is to create opportunities for dialogue within the marketing community with media experts who understand diverse audiences from both a personal and professional viewpoint.
