Ladies at LG Ads Ksenia

Ksenia has been at LG Ad Solutions for over four years and is instrumental in the running of the Business & Data Analytics and Business Operations teams. An amazing leader, she is hardworking, determined and passionate. Here’s a little bit about her in her own words —

Tell us a little bit about yourself and what you like about working at LG Ad Solutions.
Hi I’m Ksenia, and I work as a Manager, Product Operations & Analytics at LG Ad Solutions. I am originally from Russia and I got my Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Russia. Post graduation, I spent around a year at Nielsen where I worked in the Consumer Research department. I then moved to the US for my husbands’ job and joined Quantifind as a Data Analyst. I worked on analyzing social data in order to help movie studios achieve success in their movie releases. In 2017, I joined Alphonso (now LG Ad Solutions) as a Business and Data Analyst. Currently I am a Manager, Product Operations & Analytics and help develop our Media business.

What do you love most about your job?
There are two main points that come to mind. First, I really like my coworkers. I believe that people create the success of the company and at LG Ad Solutions there are very smart people who are collaborative and open to helping each other and growing together. Second, I really like that the industry is changing so quickly. There are always new things to learn which allows me to keep developing my skills.

What is your proudest accomplishment at LG Ad Solutions?
I would say my proudest accomplishment at LG Ad Solutions has been my career growth. I started as a newcomer in the industry with a small list of responsibilities and now I am a Manager and work with the most important clients. In addition to this, I am a wife and a mom and I am proud that I can keep the balance between different parts of my life.

What advice do you have for other women?
My advice would be – please don’t focus on the fact that the tech industry is predominantly male. Be yourself, be curious, have a desire to succeed and learn, and take steps towards your own goals.
