Industry Veteran Adam Sexton Joins Leadership Team to Help Drive Alphonso’s Next Chapter
MOUNTAIN VIEW, Calif., December 16, 2022 – Alphonso Inc. today announced the beginning of a strategic transformation of its leadership that will position the company and the rapidly expanding “LG Ad Solutions” service for additional growth and deeper relationships with customers around the world. Together, these changes will put Alphonso in an even stronger position to help top global brands more accurately reach qualified audiences across LG Smart TVs and other connected TV platforms and more completely understand the impact of their TV advertising across platforms. It also will continue the strategic relationship for Alphonso and the LG Ad Solutions service with LG Electronics, the company’s strategic collaborator and majority shareholder.
To help lead this transformation, industry veteran Adam Sexton – an executive experienced in driving innovative products and services in the global entertainment and technology sectors (Gracenote/Tribune Media, Samsung, Macrovision, among others) – is joining Alphonso’s leadership team in the newly created position of Chief Operating Officer, effective immediately. Sexton has also been named Acting CEO, succeeding Alphonso founders Raghu Kodige and Ashish Chordia who have left the company.
